The trainings - Agile HR and Agile Leadership - are certified by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), a certification and accreditation body.
ICAgile works with course providers to accredit new or existing courses taking into account comprehensive and proven learning outcomes.
ICAgile collaborates with agile thinking leaders worldwide to develop learning programs that take people to the agile dominance.
Be Bolder has Agile People as its content sharing partner which is a member ICAgile Organization.
To obtain the certification, participants will have to make an assignment that is given in the first training session
and must be delivered no later than two weeks after the last training session.

All professionals working in an HR department (whether state-owned or private).
Both the Agile Leadership (ICP-LEA) and Agile HR (ICP-HR) trainings have a common Agile Fundamentals module going through later
with the second modules either of Leadership or Human Resources depending on the chosen objective. If you already have one of the certifications,
to have the second, you only have to take the second module.
